As business leaders and entrepreneurs, we’re so often accustomed to preparing for every move we make—taking the maximum necessary measurements to ensure our success while mitigating any potential risks—that we often miss out on the most precious opportunity of all: Awareness of the present moment.
But when we live in this state of control, worrying about all the things that might go wrong, we hinder ourselves from developing a narrower focus, which actually expands our periphery to be able to see the road ahead.
